2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Oil
1 can (16 oz.) Pineapple
1/2 cup Walnuts
2 cups Carrots (grated)
takes about 14 carrots

Sift the first six ingredients together. Add salt and oil to flour mixture. Beat in the eggs, add the pineapple, walnuts and carrots, mix well. Bake 14 carrots dream cake in a prepared pan. Let the carrot cake cool for a few minutes in pan, turn cake out onto a wire rack.
