Canned fruits are chock-full of flavor and packed with nutrition which includes plenty of age-fighting, immune-building and heart-strengthening antioxidants. Let’s do right by our bodies by eating more nutritious desserts.
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Large Can Favorite Fruit (peaches, or any canned fruit)
1 Stick Butter, melted
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ 9 x 13 glass cake pan
Put canned fruit in bottom of a
prepared pan. Pour dry cake mix over canned fruit, spread evenly.
Pour melted butter over dry cake mix.
Bake Canned Fruit Cake until golden. Let cook completely. Serve canned cake with whipped topping, if desired.

Ten deep knee bends between ingredients.
Use that kitchen for a workout track.
And when you're out of breath and panting.
Pot holders around your prize.
Jog to the nearest 90 pound neighbor
And leave her your 1000 calorie surprise!
