Not sure you can truly make a fat free cheesecake, this one comes close though. Using the fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream helps. You can also use the low fat Graham crackers. Sour Cream Fat Free Cheesecake is still amazingly creamy and delicious.
1/2 cup Honey Maid Low Fat Graham Cracker crumbs
3 packages (8 ounces each) Fat free cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
6 egg whites
16 ounces Fat free sour cream
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ 9 inch springform pan
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over bottom of prepared pan.
In a large bowl beat together the fat free cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs with an electric mixer on low speed, until blended. Pour Fat Free Cheesecake filling into prepared pan and bake until center puffs and is almost set. Remove from oven.
In a medium mixing bowl combine fat free sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Spread mostly fat free mixture over cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes or until topping sets. Chill Fat Free Cheesecake before serving.
