1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cup Non fat milk
1/4 cup Granulated fructose
2/3 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 40 -
Pan Type ~ 9 x 13 inch cake pan
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour Skinny Chocolate Cake batter into prepared pan and bake skinny cake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cake cool and serve.
