Now that my cravings have been peeked, I can't help but pass along a fool-proof, wonderfully rich, homemade dark chocolate cake that you can serve within an hour of starting this recipe. My husband's favorite…. Yum!
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cup White sugar
3 Tb Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
6 Tb Cooking oil
1 Tb Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Water
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ 8 X 8 inch pan (DO NOT grease)
In a medium-mixing bowl, mix ALL ingredients together (by
hand) until well blended.
Pour Wacky Cake mixture into un-greased pan and bake in a PRE-HEATED oven, until toothpick comes out clean from center.
Top Wacky Cake with a dollop of whipped cream on each serving.
