Preheat oven, spray baking dish with
non-stick vegetable spray.Cream shortening and
sugar. Add eggs, juice, and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients to cream
mixture. Put half of mixture in glass baking dish. Spread pie filling over
it, plus 1/2 topping nut mixture. Add rest of batter. Top with the rest of
the topping nut mixture. Bake.
