1 box (16 oz.) Yellow cake mix
Mocha Frosting1 cup Confectioners' sugar
2 Tb Butter, softened
1 Tb Coffee-flavored liqueur or cold coffee
1 Tb Milk
2 tsp Instant espresso powder
1 cup Crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
Cakes Topper1 cup Prepared white frosting
2 strands Red licorice laces
Oven Temp ~ 350°

Pan Type ~ 4-inch round and a 9-inch round pan
Prepare the cake batter according to package directions. Pour 1/2 cup batter into the small round cake pan and the remaining into the 9" round pan. Bake small round for 20 minutes and larger for the round cake, 45 minutes. Transfer to wire racks, cool for 10 minutes. Turn baseball cake onto rack, cool completely.
