These cream cupcakes are simply delicious. Cream cheese filling on top a vanilla wafer, topped off with your favorite fruit filling. I tend to be partial to cherry pie filling for that good old cherry cheesecake taste.
16 oz. Cream cheese - softened
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ 12 cup muffin pan
Beat cream cheese with all ingredients (except vanilla wafers) until smooth and creamy.
Put 1 vanilla wafer into each cupcake baking cup. Fill each cup 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake Cream Cheese Cupcakes at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour. Top cupcakes with any fruit filling and refrigerate.
