Brown sugar
Self-rising flour
White sugar
Chopped nuts, (walnut are fine, pecans are better)
Eggs Beaten
Real vanilla |

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 25 Min.
Pan Type ~ two 8 inch squares or a 13 inch pan |
Preheat oven.
Mix together all ingredients, spread into an ungreased
pan or two, and bake for about 25 minutes. Do not over bake
(allow some spring in the center).
Cool completely before cutting.
Should be very moist and chewy.
This is a wonderful cake to bake up,
cut into squares and freeze. When unexpected guests show up,
thaw and serve.
