Can be made in bread loaf size or mini loaf size. Very moist cake and stores well,
will not turn soggy or dry out. The vinegar in crazy cakes gives it the flavor of sour cream.
Crazy Recipe By: Eileen Sample
1 1/2 cups Flour (sifted)
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Sugar
3 Tb Cocoa
1/4 cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Hot water
1 Tb Vinegar
Oven Temp ~ 375°
Baking Time ~
Pan Type ~ loaf pan
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Put crazy cakes batter into prepared pan. Bake cake.
Makes 8 to 10 crazy servings.
This is a moist and very delicious cake.
Fun to eat, crazy cake works good in loaf pans or mini loaf pans.
