Chocolate Love Cake Recipe
A combination of chocolate cake and cheese
cake with a dark chocolate topping, this recipe has all the goodness of a
chocolate éclair.

*Moist dark chocolate cake mix
ricotta cheese
sugar
eggs
vanilla
instant dark chocolate pudding mix
milk
Cool Whip, thawed |

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 1 Hour Pan Type ~ 9 x 13 pan

Preheat oven, grease and flour pan.
Prepare the moist chocolate cake mix as directed on box
and pour into prepared pan.
In separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mix
well.
Spoon cheese mixture over un-baked cake batter.
Bake for allotted time or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool love cake completely, before frosting.
To make the love cake icing, mix instant pudding with milk; fold in the whipped topping.
Spread evenly over cake, refrigerate until ready to serve.
