Sweet Cream Cake Recipe

Sifted all-purpose flour
Baking powder
Salt
Heavy cream (35% butterfat)
Vanilla |

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 25 - 30 Min.
Pan Type ~ two 8 inch round pans |
Preheat oven, grease and flour pans.
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored; gradually beat
in sugar. Sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in sifted dry ingredients
alternately with the cream and vanilla. Beat well.
Spread batter in cake pans.
Bake until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
