6 Tb Boiling water
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/4 cup Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Powdered sugar

Add boiling water to butter - add vanilla and cocoa.
Beat, then when well blended add the sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add additional liquid if needed for right consistency to spread.
