Cocoa IcingAdd boiling water to butter- Add vanilla and cocoa
Beat and when well blended. Add sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add additional liquid if needed for right consistency to spread.
Spread on warm cake. This frosting stays soft for several days.
