1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Powdered sugar
2 Tb Milk
3 squares White baking chocolate, melted
1 1/3 cups Flaked coconut

Pan Type ~ medium mixing bowl
Beat the butter, sugar and milk in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed
until well blended. Beat on medium speed 30 seconds.
Add melted chocolate, beat until well blended. Stir in coconut, mix well.
Use White Chocolate Coconut Frosting to frost your favorite cake or cupcake recipe.
May substitute fresh strawberries or nuts for the coconut.
