Double Fudge Frosting Recipe
18 ounces
1 1/2 cup
6 large
2 tsp
4 cups |
Unsweetened
chocolate; melted and cooled
Butter
Eggs
Vanilla
Powdered sugar

In top of double boiler set over
simmering (not boiling) water, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Cool for 10 minutes.
While the chocolate is cooling beat butter at medium speed until smooth.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in chocolate, vanilla and sugar until thick and fluffy.
Spread frosting on top and sides of cake.
