Light and airy, marshmallow creme frosting holds its shape well and makes any cake spectacular looking.
Marshmallows and butter, a little reminiscent of the good old Rice Krispie Treats.
1/4 cup Margarine or butter, softened
1 jar (7 ounce) Marshmallow crème
1 tsp Vanilla
1 package (16 ounce) Powdered sugar
1 - 2 Tbs Milk, one Tablespoon at a time

Place the margarine, marshmallow creme and vanilla in
small bowl; beat marshmallow cream on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add sugar,
beating after each addition until well blended.
Blend in 1 Tablespoon of the milk. Add remaining 1 Tablespoon milk if necessary for desired spreading consistency. Marshmallow Creme Frosting can be stored in refrigerator for one week.
