Apple Coffee Cake with Ice Cream Recipe

Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 25 - 30 Min.
Pan Type ~ 8 inch round Cake Pan |
Preheat oven, Grease pan,
In mixing bowl, cream butter and 1/3 cup sugar until light/fluffy.
Beat in sour cream, vanilla and egg.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix into creamed mixture. Blend Well.
Combine all of the topping ingredients, until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Spoon half of the batter into your pan.
Layer with apples and raisins and half the topping mixture.
Top with remaining batter, sprinkle remaining topping over the cake for a
finish.
Bake at suggested temp, check for doneness with a cake tester or toothpick.
It's best served warm!! Also very nice
with vanilla ice cream.
