1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk
slices from 1 1/2 Lemons
1 tsp Grated lemon rind
Oven Temp ~ 375°
Baking Time ~ 30 -
Pan Type ~ 8 inch round pan
