2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 (8 ounce) package Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
1/2 of the juice Lemon or (2 teaspoons)
1 can Blueberry pie filling
1 container (16 ounces) Cool Whip
For the red, white and blue motif, stripe the cool whip on top and highlight with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Mix the Graham crackers, powdered sugar and butter well, spread evenly into pan.
Mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Spread over crumb mixture.
Bake Blueberry Ice Box cake to perfection.
Mean while stir the lemon juice into the blueberry pie filling.
Remove cream cheese cake from oven and while still hot pour the blueberry pie filling on top and let cake completely cool.
When cool, cover entire cake with Cool Whip and serve.
Keeps very well in refrigerator, in fact the cake improves if it's allowed to sit.
