There's a little bit of Irish in all of us when it comes to enjoying this fantastic tasting cake. The Irish Cream adds flavor, but you don't need to use alcohol if you would rather not. The flavored syrups work just as well.
1 box White cake mix
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 large box Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups Irish cream liqueur*
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Irish Dream Glaze1 cup Irish cream liqueur*
1 pound Powdered sugar
1 or 2 Tablespoons Chocolate syrup
Oven Temp ~ 350°
Baking Time ~ 30 -
Pan Type ~ 12 cup Bundt pan
Mix together the cake mix, chocolate chips, pudding mix, Irish liqueur,
eggs and oil. Pour Dream Cake Batter into prepared cake pan. Bake Irish Dream Cake.
Combine 1 cup Irish cream liqueur, powdered sugar and enough chocolate syrup to satisfy your taste buds. Remove cake from pan while still hot. With tooth picks or ice pick, poke lots of holes in cake. Then pour the Irish Cream glaze on top of cake.
