Berry Pound Cake Recipe

Butter flavored cake mix
Cream cheese, softened
Oil
Eggs
Berries (blueberries, mixed berries, etc.) |

Oven Temp ~ 325°
Baking Time ~ 45 Min. Pan Type ~ 10 inch tube pan |
Preheat oven, spray pan with Pam,
Mix together cake mix, cream cheese,
oil, and eggs. Fold in berries, Pour into a prepared pan. Bake until
toothpick comes out clean. I have used frozen blueberries(12 oz) and mixed
berries(16 oz). My family likes the mixed berries, I have topped this cake
with a powder sugar glaze with vanilla in it.
