Vanilla extract
Almond extract

Preheat oven grease and flour your
pan.
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Cream the butter and
sugar in a mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, 1 at a time,
mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the sour cream and peaches.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center
comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and
cool completely.
